Welcome to RISE, where we believe that every young person has the potential to succeed and thrive! Our mission is to bridge the gap between transitioning youth/young adults and their community through education, outreach, advocacy, awareness, and mentorship. With over six years of experience in serving homeless and formerly homeless youth, we understand the challenges that young adults face in today’s society, and we’re here to help!

Our innovative programs are designed to empower and inspire young people, no matter what their background or situation may be. Whether you’re a foster youth, a foster alumni, or a young adult with developmental disabilities, we have a range of programming to meet your needs. Our HER Code Summer STEM Experience, for instance, is a fun and engaging way for girls ages 9-17 to discover the wonders of STEM through hands-on field experience, classroom-based learning, and real-life examples of women in STEM.

If you’re a young adult looking to build your skills and explore new opportunities, our Mission I’M Possible program may be just what you need. With a focus on college preparedness, career readiness, financial literacy, and more, we provide the tools and support you need to succeed. Plus, we even offer rental assistance to young adults ages 18-24 who are currently homeless, in a rapid rehousing model that helps remove any barriers to success.
